Bret "Dad" currently works for Lincoln Public Schools doing computer support for the teachers and staff in the district. Before this Dad was doing internet tech support at ALLTEL (where he hated the company but loved working with a lot of the people there).

Dad graduated from UNL in 1998 with a Computer Science degree (which he doesn't really use). While he was there he spent a good deal of time working at the University Computer Shop in the 501 Building. Dad also spent a year (his freshman one) at University of Missouri-Rolla where he learned that he really didn't want to be an engineer of any sort.

In addition to working Dad also is the District Webmaster for the Nebraska-Iowa District of Circle K. Dad also likes to play World of Warcraft (sometimes a little too much for Mom's taste).
